In year 2000 Indian Manufacturing operations were started and Star Coolers & Condensers Pvt Ltd ( SCCPL ) was set up in Jalgaon in Maharashtra. This

SCCPL has three different plants covering over120,000 sq ft
handling sheet metal work and fabrication, inhouse Coil
manufacturing process, Inspection testing, and final finishing,
large warehouse facility and open space for future expansion to
cater to growing demand.
The Star Cooler Mfg. setup has CNC Turret Punching machines,
CNC bending machines, Advanced Welding Systems, Automatic
SS Orbital welding machines . Components pass through Sheet
metal Punching, Bending, Welding, Cowling, Powder Coating,
Tubing, Finning, tube expansion, Tube cleaning, Tube welding,
Circuiting, underwater pressure testing, Assembly & Final testing
to be ready to be delivered for field performance
SCCPL Design Capabilities start from heat load calculation program for project or process. The World class coil design software and the Inhouse Product selector software selects the best suitable heat exchanger be it refrigerant based evaporators, condensers or dry/adiabatic and wet coolers. The fans are vital part of the product and are selected carefully in all respects .The product development / Nesting is done by CAD_CAM set up as as a starting point of manufacturing process to ensure that product is well done till the end followed with stagewise and final QC programs.
