Star Air-Cooled tube-fin Heat Exchangers offer the Low Cost of Ownership, Long-life, Reliable and trouble free product.
In the tube-fin heat exchangers the fans draw fresh air through a tube-fin heat exchanger. The hot process fluid flows through the tubes and rejects heat to the ambient air. The cooled fluid returns back to the process OR facility, and the heated air is discharged into the surrounding atmosphere.
The fluid temperatures and process requirement decide the type of Cooler and its orientation. Star Coolers are available in Dry/Adiabatic Assisted Coolers, Remote Radiators, Wet Coolers, Hybrid Coolers, Closed Circuit Cooling towers.
The requirement and range is vast and it is important that the product delivered matches the exact or closest requirement hence Star Coolers are all Customisable with carefully selected parameters and the most important engineered coils and suitable fans.

The triangular pitch design coils ensures water bouncing and all sides wetting of the tubes ensuring effective condensation due to high thermal coefficiency. The distance between pipes due to pitch is kept such that there is enough access for cleaning the pipes periodically maintaining the efficiency consistently.

The triangular pitch design coils are high thermal coefficient designs ensuring maximum air contact with the tubes. Traingular pitch coils thus achieve faster cooling reducing working time of compressor and also energy saving.
